Rusty posted a message about calves training on the forum of Bodybuilding.com. Here is the training program:
"Some people only need to train them 2X per week if they respond easily, but otherwise I'd hit them on a daily basis if it's a stubborn bodypart for you and I'd go 3 weeks of high rep stuff, 20 or more reps per set and 10 sets a day. Miscellaneous exercises, then after that cycle the rep ranges down and put on more and more weight."
