Rusty Jeffers - Lower Lats Training

Rusty posted his training program for the lower lats on the forum of Bodybuilding.com.

"Use that little V shaped bar on top of a tall bar and do chinups...if you can't do that, use the v shaped bar on pull downs and pull down to mid chest. Another thing you can do for lat development is a single arm stretch cable pulldown...like...go to a cable crossover machine,get on your knees, SIDING the the weight stack..use a single handed handle and brace yourself with 1 arm (closest to the stack) use the other arm (furthest away from the stack) and pull over your head to a squeezing contraction, you'll almost look like you're doing a javelin pose!! I hope I explained this ok..hard to do...you'll sure as hell feel it if you're doing it correctly!!!!!!!"
