Rusty Jeffers - Bulking Up and Cutting Down with Quality Muscle

Rusty Jeffers posted his thought about "Bulking up and Cutting Down" on the forum of Bodybuilding.com. Here is the extract of his theory:

"................Getting a little heavier can boost your strength but there is a law of diminishing returns there, you may wantto keep an eye on your fat percentage and not let it get above 15%. It has been proven you gain muscle better between 10 and 15% bodyfat. Bulking up and cutting down has its merits, bodybuilders have been doing it for years...but how much bulking up is necessary?? You don't want to stretch out your skin and cause other health issues by becoming too heavy. It makes more sense to just gain quality muscle rather than just pack on fat.

How to go about doing this?? Check your bodyfat weekly."
