Rusty Jeffers - Happy Birthday 2009!!
Happy Birthday to Rusty. To celebrate, I have made a new set of wallpaper in two colors.

Hey Rusty whats new, blog hasnt been updated lately, just wondering if anything new.
I'm not Rusty. He is currently very busy with his work in a gym, a 12 hour shift.
He is working on his new training DVD. It may be released in July.
