Rusty Jeffers - What to Eat Before and After Training

Rusty Jeffers posted a message to the forum of Bodybuilding.com in response to a question about what to eat before and after training. Here is the extract:

"My normal meal schedule, which should probably be chicken and broccoli and maybe some rice, sometimes just chicken & veggies. Before legs I always include complex carbs.

Nitric Oxide is going to go in better with a slight insulin spike, a small amount of sugars. I still say you're way better off eating regular foods an hour and a half before training. Use the shake AFTER training......."
