Rusty Jeffers posted a message on Facebook fan page to say Merry Christmas to his fans:
"Hey everybody, Merry Christmas, I know I haven't been on Facebook much in a long time but I've been beating myself and all my clients up pretty hard over the past few months. Glad to be training with some upper body with some weights again after the surgery, Not much but being very careful. Thanks to all for the encouraging words from others with shoulder/knee/hip surgeries...we are all quite a bunch, eh? 2014 will be a healthier year, to us all!"
